Your details are used to schedule pickups, process payments, send order notifications and — only with your consent — occasional offers. We never sell personal data.
Payments
Card payments are processed by our certified payment provider. Card numbers are never stored on our servers.
Your Rights
You may request a copy, correction or deletion of your data at any time by emailing hello@freshfoldlaundry.com. Newsletter emails always include an unsubscribe link.
Retention
Order records are kept for three years for warranty and tax purposes, then deleted. Marketing consents are stored until withdrawn.
